To get the most out of your money and products purchased through Designs By Elle, it is important to take proper care of your items with these easy steps:
Jewelry/ Accessory Care Instructions:
1. Take off jewelry/ accessories while using them in swimming pools, the ocean, during exercising or in the shower.
2. Store products in a safe place, such as a jewelry box, when not using them.
If there are any adjustments to make, you need your accessories fixed or you are having difficulty ordering any products please send me an email (click the “contact” link below) or Direct Message me on Instagram.
Bikini Care Instructions:
1. Hand wash bikinis with cold or lukewarm water and a gentle detergent. Be sure to rinse bikini immediately, never leave it to soak. Hang dry or use the low heat delicate mode on your dryer.
2. While using bikinis, be cautious of where you sit. Rocks and other things may snag your bikini.
3. Store your bikinis in a cool, dry and safe place when not using them.
Payment Policies:
- I accept credit/ debit cards, Venmo or cash app.
- Payment must be paid BEFORE the product is sent out.
Shipping:
Turnover time is 1-2 weeks & may take up to 3-4 weeks for custom orders.
I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If there are any discrepancies please consult with your local post master.

I always accept custom orders. Please contact me via email through the "Contact" tab or Direct Message on Instagram to inquire about a custom order.
